Basic Authentication

Halcyon needs to provide a server (and client) taht supports Basic authentication.
Specifically, at the very least, provide a method to check the credentials passed in and let it deny requests with an Unauthorized response for unauthenticated requests.

Revision 34 adds HTTP Basic authentication.
Check in the
example/authed/directory for a simple Client and Server implementation using Basic Authentication.
