Upgrade to Merb 0.9.8 Router

Fuck... they're changing the Router. For the better, I suppose, but still, it is not backwards compatible.
What this means is that we need to figure out what the difference is between the two Routers and then update Halcyon to use it...
BUT, that's not it. We also need to update documentation, examples, generated applications, etc. Also, specs.
