The Generated App Should Use New Config

Instead of the old style, it should be updated to the new style.

(from [4f2bbafb727adf48c3fa72b710aa6fd285f2abe7]) Updated application initialization to use the new configuration system by default (making application configuration by default Ruby and not YAML). However, YAML still works. [#54 state:resolved]

Just to clarify,
halcyon init name_of_appgenerates apps with new configuration fully in Ruby but old apps with YAML configuration works just as well.May choose to combine all of the files in
init/into the newinit.rbfile, similar to Merb.
