JSONP Support

It would be cool to support the JSONP mechanism for supplying an explicit callback to wrap the JSON response.
I have mixed feelings about this, personally, but it's been requested already so it's definitely worth looking into.

Flinn has found an awesome solution to this problem. I will be incorporating this into Halcyon's code base such as Rack::JSONPHandler or something like that.
