Cleanup Hooks

Hooks are both created and stored in an ugly place without much regard to structure or expandability.
Hooks should probably be stored inside of the Configuration hash/object. Hooks should also be chainable so multiple calls to set a hook will result in all of them being called in sequence of definition.
Also, more hooks should be definable (without much impact on performance, that is).

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
(from [294b3da9a555c8b9c19253bf45786ef8b450d1d8]) Bug with loading initializers and the glob being spcified wrong (as string instead of array of paths). Also fully resolves [#41 state:resolved].
