Deferrable Actions

Halcyon should basically copy Merb on this.
First is the ability to specify actions to run in their own threads instead of blocking the event loops (for things like file uploads and long actions).
Second, spawning threads to finish of sections of the action that can occur after rendering (like post-backs, etc).
