Current examples are way out of date and harmful to be included in the current distribution.

Removed current examples, working on adding more appropriate examples. Will probably wait until 0.5.1 to make sure that the examples use the most stable version of the code base.

Added the Guesser example... works trivially but is a good example of how to use the JS client and how to address the SOP problem.
