Missing Thorough Specs

Halcyon needs more specs coverage, describing the full of its functionality and expected behavior.
Tests needed include (but are not limited to):
- Basic Authentication
- Client testing
- (add more)

Moved to 0.5.0 as 0.4.0 is now a maintenance/minor feature update.

Updated specs to work with the current 0.5.0 codebase, all are passing.
Will be adding more specs as more design decisions are made.

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
Updates specs again to work with the current 0.5.0 codebase which includes a new structure and application space.
The current design is fairly stable and shouldn't change much at all.
More specs should be added as new features are added, so this ticket is being closed.
