Merb's Hash#symbolize_keys! Deprecated!

As of Merb 0.9.1 (merb-core, to be exact), the Core Extension Hash#symbolize_keys! has been deprecated, being completely removed from the codebase, in favor of the Mash and Hash#to_mash solution (which is far less buggy).
Halcyon needs to change from using Hash#symbolize_keys! to Hash#to_mash.

This has been committed and fully resolved. Halcyon 0.5.0 now exclusively uses Hash#to_mash instead.
