enhance debugging output

It would be nice to see full request and full response packets for each request, as well as errors and path parsing, when $debug = true.

Definitely a good idea, though might be part of the Verbose mode, and not just debug... but that's still debatable.
Putting this under 0.5.0 since I won't have time to do this before 0.4.0 is released.

Going to include params when --debug is turned on, etc, as requested. Will be in 0.5.0, but may be back ported to 0.4.x.

This has been completed (though it may involve some change in the future as desired/needed).
This change will only exist in 0.5.0, and to see it as it is now, you will need to check out the 0.5.0-refactor branch.
