Daemonization

Halcyon does not have daemonization support.

This is easy enough to implement, but with the upcoming changes to the Server structure, I believe it would be best to hold off on implementing this to reduce from having to duplicate work.

Will be addressed as part of #13 with the move to being completely dependent on Rack (and Thin).
